Therapists at work on picky pads, button strips and weighted materials for kids and classrooms

Last week, our team of Occupational Therapists gathered at the Lincoln Office for a hands-on collaboration session dedicated to creating sensory tools and classroom supports for students. Together, the therapists made picky pads, button strips, and weighted materials! All designed to help children improve focus, build fine motor skills, and feel more comfortable in their learning environments.

The event was not only productive but also a great opportunity for teamwork, creativity, and sharing new ideas. Each item crafted will be used to support students in developing the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

A big thank-you to all the therapists who contributed their time and expertise to make a difference for our kids and teachers!
