Dr. Sarah Czerwinski serves TCSEA as an Assistant Director. She graduated from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale with her Doctorate's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, her Master's Degree and Bachelor's Degree in Communication Disorders and Sciences. Dr. Czerwinski received her Principal Endorsement in Educational Administration from McKendree University and Endorsement as Director of Special Education from University of St. Francis.
