I am the technical assistance supervisor for Speech-Language Services.  I plan and lead inservices for all SLPs employed by Tri-County schools. I maintain a S/L lending library and share resources with the SLPs. I serve on a community wide Autism task group. Inservice topics that I have presented for Tri-County schools are: autism, and visual strategies.  When a first year SLP is employed in one of our schools, I typically serve as the supervisor for the Clinical Fellowship Year. I provide training and support as well as conduct performance evaluations  for 4 SLPs employed by Tri-County.
