I am a School Social Worker for Clinton High School and Heyworth district.    I received my undergraduate degree from Quincy University in social work and my master’s degree from University of Illinois.  My role is to help ensure each student's emotional, behavioral, and social needs are met to help them thrive academically.  I teach social skills in group settings and provide individual counseling services.  I help link families to mental health services or other community agencies, if necessary.  I also screen, evaluate, and observe special education students.
