Professional Development Opportunities For Parents & Educators

Tri-County offers a variety of professional development opportunities for parents, teachers, staff, and administrators. Tri-County personnel are also available to offer professional development on a variety of topics (Ex. Classroom Accommodations, DIBELS, Love & Logic, A-Teams, Assistive Technology, Transition). Tri-County provides access to professional development through HILIA (Heart of Illinois Low Incidence Association) and the SEAT Center (Special Education Assistive Technology Center) at Illinois State University.

Tri-County has an extensive library with many professional development materials on Autism, Behavior, Learning Disabilities, Assistive Technology, Speech Language, Instruction & Inclusion. A listing of materials may be viewed on-line.
